The terms.

The agreement that covers everything on ZingRoam — the catalog, checkout, eSIMs we deliver, and the account you use to manage them.

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of ZingRoam — the website, the apps, the admin console, and any travel eSIM we sell or provision on your behalf. By creating an account, buying a plan, or checking out as a guest, you agree to these terms.

If you disagree with any part, stop using the service. You still keep any plan you've already paid for — these terms never retroactively void something you already own.

2. What we sell

We sell prepaid mobile data over eSIMs sourced from licensed carriers in each destination. You install the eSIM on a compatible device and activate it when you arrive. Plans are single-use: once the data or validity window is consumed, the plan expires.

  • Data is not refundable once activated. If you never activate, see our refund policy.
  • Coverage depends on the carriers we partner with in each region. We publish partner network lists on every plan page.
  • Top-ups for active plans are sold separately and subject to the same terms.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials private. If your account is compromised, email support@zingroam.com immediately — we will lock the account and help restore access.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You can delete an account at any time from the settings page; we honor deletion requests within 72 hours.

4. Acceptable use

A full list of prohibited activities lives in our acceptable use policy. In short: no illegal activity, no harassment, no automated bulk traffic, no resale of our plans, and nothing that would get a carrier partner to terminate our agreement.

5. Payments, taxes, refunds

Stripe processes payments for ZingRoam. Prices are quoted in USD and converted to your display currency using cached FX rates; your statement may show a small rounding difference. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout.

Refunds and chargebacks

Our refund policy spells out when a refund is possible. If you open a chargeback with your bank for a dispute we could have resolved directly, we may disable your account pending review.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the catalog, checkout, and delivery running, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Mobile data in-country depends on our partner carriers; transient outages are not grounds for a refund unless the plan is unusable for a material portion of its validity window.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim tied to a plan is capped at the amount you paid for that plan. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — missed flights, canceled reservations, and so on.

Nothing in this section limits liability we cannot disclaim under applicable law, including consumer protection statutes in your jurisdiction.

8. Changes to these terms

We'll email account holders at least 14 days before material changes. Minor edits (fixing a typo, clarifying a sentence) may land without notice, but we keep a public changelog — see the "last updated" date at the top of this page.

9. Contact & governing law

ZingRoam is operated by Zingroam Ltd. General questions: support@zingroam.com. Legal notices: legal@zingroam.com.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zingroam Ltd. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction — which does not strip you of rights under consumer laws that apply to you locally.
