We sell data.
ZingRoam is a travel eSIM for people who'd rather spend their trip traveling than tuning mobile settings. Here's the one-page pitch.
1. Why ZingRoam
We started ZingRoam because buying mobile data abroad was stuck in 2015 — airport kiosks, guessing which carrier had the best coverage, showing up in a country and hoping a SIM-seller was still open. eSIM fixed the mechanics. We wanted to fix the experience.
Our pitch is small: install on the plane, land connected, move on with your trip. Nothing else on the dashboard competing for your attention, no surprise renewals, no upsells when you're jet-lagged.
2. How it works
- Before you fly. Pick a plan, install the eSIM on Wi-Fi, close the tab.
- When you land. Switch your data line to the travel eSIM. You're online before the seatbelt sign goes off.
- On the road. Top up with one tap from your account page if you need more. Validity starts when data flows, not when you buy.
- When you're home. Uninstall the line or leave it — your home SIM never moves.
3. Who we are
A small, distributed team of ex-carrier engineers, travel writers, and designers who've each been burned by bad roaming one too many times. We're headquartered in [CITY, COUNTRY] and work across timezones; a human is on support during business hours in most of the world's large markets.
4. What we care about
- Trust. We publish every piece of data we collect on our trust page. No dark patterns. No forced upsells.
- Clarity. Plain pricing, no renewal traps, every screen designed to be useful when you have 7% battery.
- Carbon awareness. Cloudflare Workers for hosting, no streaming video baked into our marketing, analytics kept to what we actually need.
- Accessibility. We target WCAG 2.2 AA on every customer surface — read the commitment.
