Three cookies.

No ad networks, no behavioral tracking. Just the three first-party cookies we need to keep you signed in and to remember your currency and language.

1. What this page is for

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep ZingRoam usable — sign-in, currency preference, and locale. We don't run ad networks or behavioral trackers, so there's no consent banner to dismiss.

2. What we set

namepurposelifetimetype
zr_sessionKeeps you signed in.30 daysEssential
zr_currencyRemembers your display currency.1 yearPreference
zr_localeRemembers your language (EN / AR).1 yearPreference

All three are HTTP-only where possible, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. None are shared cross-site.

3. Third parties

Stripe sets its own cookies on the checkout page to prevent card fraud (device fingerprinting for 3D Secure). You can read Stripe's privacy policy for details. These cookies only run during a checkout session and are a security feature — blocking them will block checkout.

That's it. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no TikTok tag, no LinkedIn Insight, no ad retargeting. If we ever added an analytics tool, we'd pick a privacy-respecting one and name it here before it went live.

4. Controlling cookies

All modern browsers let you clear cookies or block them entirely from settings. If you block zr_session, you'll be signed out; if you block the preference cookies, your currency and language will reset to defaults on each visit.
