1. I installed it but there's no signal

Signal attachment can take a few minutes after landing. Work through these checks in order.

  1. Toggle airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off.
  2. Settings/Cellular/Mobile Data
  3. Confirm the travel eSIM is selected as the data line.
  4. Turn Data Roaming on for the travel line.
  5. Restart the device if it still has no signal.

2. The QR code won't scan

Try scanning from another screen, printing the QR, or using manual entry with the SM-DP+ address and activation code.

3. Connected, but speed is slow

Check remaining data first. If you still have full-speed data, manually select another partner carrier.

  1. Try another available network in manual network selection.
  2. Contact support if full bars are consistently under 5 Mbps.

4. Something else broken?

Reach support with your order number and eSIM id if the issue does not match the common cases.
