1. I installed it but there's no signal
Signal attachment can take a few minutes after landing. Work through these checks in order.
- Toggle airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off.
- Settings/Cellular/Mobile Data
- Confirm the travel eSIM is selected as the data line.
- Turn Data Roaming on for the travel line.
- Restart the device if it still has no signal.
2. The QR code won't scan
Try scanning from another screen, printing the QR, or using manual entry with the SM-DP+ address and activation code.
3. Connected, but speed is slow
Check remaining data first. If you still have full-speed data, manually select another partner carrier.
- Try another available network in manual network selection.
- Contact support if full bars are consistently under 5 Mbps.
4. Something else broken?
Reach support with your order number and eSIM id if the issue does not match the common cases.
